Jacqueline Hollows MSc is a social entrepreneur and coach with over 20 years of senior leadership experience, including more than a decade working inside the Criminal Justice System delivering programmes, mentoring volunteers, and collaborating with experts by lived experience. Known affectionately as “MamaJ” by the men she has supported, she brings tenacity, strategic insight, and a deep belief in the potential of every individual. She is excited to support ABandOfBrothers in strengthening its impact, governance, and life-changing work with young men in the justice system.
