George is Director of Operations at Change Mental Health, one of Scotland’s leading mental health charities, where he leads organisational strategy across people, governance and systems. With over a decade in the third sector, he has worked across mental health, policing, and community development, with a strong focus on building resilient organisations and connected communities.

George’s career has been rooted in strengthening communities and enabling individuals to thrive. He has led organisational change, built high-performing teams, and supported volunteer-led movements that place relationships and belonging at their core. Alongside with executive role, and in addition to A Band of Brothers, George serves as a trustee for Cruse Scotland and the Edinburgh Voluntary Organisation’s Council, and is a Special Constable with Police Scotland.
